Equans Electrical and Communications in Adelaide SA, are looking for an Electrician with a full electrical licence to join our experienced team of electrical and communications specialists working across a wide variety of sites and industries.
You will have data communications experience, are able to work a combination of day and night shift to help our team meet all of our client needs. You must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain a Australian Defence Force Clearance (NV1)

Role overview:
- Installation, testing and commissioning of various cabling & electrical systems in commercial environment.
- Work within a team to deliver communications & electrical projects in accordance with Company standards and to meet project time frames.
- Ensuring customer concerns are proactively addressed.
- Establish and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues and Managers of the Company.
- Effectively manage administrative requirements.
- Attend toolbox meetings and training as required.
- Ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Help shape the next generation by supporting and supervising apprentices.
- Work a combination of day and night shift, and some overtime is available if wanted.
About you:
- You are a fully qualified electrician with data and communications experience.
- You are looking for an opportunity to work for a tier one operation.
- You want to work on large worksites on substantial projects.
- You are able to work both autonomously and well within a team.
Skills and experience:
- Unrestricted SA electrical licence.
- Experience with data and communications work within a commercial setting.
- Drivers License (mandatory)
- Open cabling licence (preferred).
- EWP <11m and Working at Heights (preferred).
- Construction Induction Card (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem solving/fault finding experience.
- ADF Clearance NV1 (highly desirable).
