What’s the role?
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred, low to medium-level clinical care while leading and supporting care staff on shift. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, and culturally appropriate care.
The role includes clinical responsibilities such as medication management, wound care, assessments, and care planning, alongside contributing to quality improvement, documentation, and staff support. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with rotating shifts.

What you need to be successful
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated nursing experience, ideally in aged care
Strong clinical skills in medication management, wound care, assessments, and care planning
Experience delivering person-centred care and supporting informed decision-making
Excellent communication skills and ability to work respectfully with First Nations elders, families, and communities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical leadership
Additional requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
Strong organisational and documentation skills
NT Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
Current influenza vaccination
Commitment to cultural safety, continuous improvement, and professional development
