What you'll be doing
As the Pharmacy Storekeeper, you will be responsible for the procurement, inventory management and supply chain operations that support the Pharmacy Department across both hospital sites. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and key stakeholders to ensure the efficient and secure management of pharmaceuticals and consumable items.
- Manage pharmaceutical purchasing, inventory control and invoice processing activities
- Maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Coordinate medication recalls, manage stock outages and source alternative supplies when required
- Oversee the management of IV fluids, consumables and pharmaceutical storage requirements, including cold chain compliance
- Receive, distribute and deliver pharmaceutical stock while supporting quality improvement and reporting activities

Able to work on a weekends, flexible hours as rostered, overtime and shift work as required.
