Painting Supervisor – New Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to join our growing team, overseeing large-scale residential construction projects across Queensland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who has experience managing painting crews on high-volume residential developments and is looking for long-term, consistent work.

- $85/hour + Super (PAYG) or $90/hour (ABN)
- Ongoing full-time work 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise painting crews on new construction projects
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards
- Liaise with builders, site managers and subcontractors
- Manage materials, labour and site productivity
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify defects where required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor
- Must have experience supervising large-scale residential construction projects
- Ability to read plans and coordinate multiple trades
- White Card
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
Pay: $85.00 – $90.00 per hour
