You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.
You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering divisional operational support, business process coordination and enablement services that underpin efficient, compliant and well‑run day‑to‑day operations.
This role will see you coordinating onboarding, procurement, office logistics and operational activities, managing delivery schedules, tracking actions and supporting continuous improvement while building strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement capability.
You will build and improve well‑structured, reliable operational processes in a busy, high‑volume divisional environment, balancing competing priorities while ensuring activities are planned, tracked and delivered in line with organisational priorities.

You’re recognised as a reliable operational enabler with a broad business lens, skilled at communicating clearly, improving processes and managing day‑to‑day delivery, and experienced in working collaboratively across teams to ensure operations are efficient, compliant and consistently delivered.
