We are seeking a mature, reliable, and enthusiastic Venue Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day venue operations
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Open and close the venue in accordance with company procedures
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and customer check-ins
- Assist with food and beverage service when required
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed
- Maintain venue cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards
- Handle cash management and end-of-day reconciliation
- Support management with staff training and development
- Ensure all customers have a positive and memorable experience
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
- Previous experience in a bar, entertainment, or hospitality venue
- Experience managing teams
- Interest in golf or sports entertainment
