In this role, you will provide home care services to help older adults live independently at home. You will also support our local home care office with administrative tasks and mentor other personal carers.
Provide personal care, social support, meal preparation, and domestic assistance in clients' homes.
Assist with medication prompts, mobility, and local transportation.
Provide express coverage when care workers are on unplanned leave.
Mentor and guide fellow home care assistants.
Complete office administration duties to support customer services when not with clients

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability.
Current full driver's licence and CTP insurance.
First Aid and CPR certificates.
Previous experience as a personal carer or care assistant without direct supervision.
Good computer skills, strong time management, and a compassionate attitude.
