We are currently seeking dedicated support workers, who wish to make a difference in the everyday lives of NDIS participants as we experience growth across Toowoomba, Brisbane, Ipswich and Logan.
The Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting a client with mental health disabilities to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting individuals with mental health disabilities
- Strong knowledge and understanding of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries
- Reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach to support work
General Duties
- As directed by the Client Service Manager, and in-line with the client’s NDIS goals, duties may include:
- Personal care
- Light domestic duties
- Write and submit required reports.
- Community access
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Either have or willing to obtain a Certificate III in Disability
First Aid and CPR
Current Queensland driver's license
Reliable vehicle
You will be required to apply for or hold a current blue card and yellow card (or NDIS Worker Screening)

Pay: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
