Digital Marketing Executive
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving Voyager’s digital growth across multiple brands through integrated marketing campaigns, content development, and performance-driven digital execution. The role supports both B2B (Sportlogic) and B2C/B2B (Voyager Tennis) marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion optimisation.
This role works closely with internal teams including sales, coaching, operations, and content specialists to ensure consistent and high-performing marketing across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management (B2B & B2C)
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and paid channels.
- Support B2B (Sportlogic) campaigns targeting sports organisations, clubs, academies, and partners.
- Drive B2C and B2B growth for Voyager Tennis programs including coaching, memberships, events, and retail offerings.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with lead generation, retention, and brand awareness objectives.
2. Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and program promotions.
- Manage segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all email communications.
- Collaborate with teams to align messaging with business goals and campaigns.
3. Website Management & Conversion Optimisation
- Manage and update Voyager websites across multiple brands.
- Create and optimise landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date content across all digital properties.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and traffic performance.
4. Content Development & Marketing
- Create compelling digital content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing page copy.
- Develop engaging content showcasing programs, services, success stories, events, and community initiatives.
- Support content planning and maintain editorial calendars for consistent output.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
5. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Support social media strategy execution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate content planning and scheduling with the Social Media Specialist.
- Contribute to content ideas and ensure consistent engagement across platforms.
- Assist in managing community engagement and online brand presence.
6. SEO & Digital Performance
- Support SEO strategy including keyword optimisation, content structuring, and local search management.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
- Analyse digital performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness across all digital channels.
7. Campaign Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including lead generation, conversions, and engagement.
- Use CRM, analytics, and campaign dashboards to evaluate performance.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership teams.
8. Marketing Assets & Support
- Create digital and print marketing assets using Canva and other tools.
- Support production of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and signage.
- Assist in webinar, event, and program promotion campaigns.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, coaching, venue managers, and customer service teams.
- Support sales enablement through marketing collateral and lead nurturing tools.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all Voyager brands and channels.
About You:
You are a hands-on digital marketer with strong experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You are comfortable working across both B2B and B2C environments and have a strong understanding of digital performance, content creation, and campaign optimisation.
You bring:
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing
- Strong email marketing and automation experience
- Ability to create engaging digital content across multiple formats
- Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
- Familiarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with performance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
- SEO tools and keyword research experience
- Google Analytics / Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads experience
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- CRM and marketing automation tools
- Webinar and event marketing platforms
- Survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey)
- Content planning tools (Trello, CoSchedule)

Salary Range for this role will be: $76,515 + superannuation
