Disability Support Worker – Cameron Park NSW
Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide person-centred support to a participant with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
This opportunity is ideal for support workers seeking extra shifts to complement their existing schedule.
About This Role:

Providing support to a male participant.

Assisting with personal care/showering, domestic assistance, meal preparation and bed time routine.

Assisting with medication and willing to be trained in midazolam administration.

Must have extensive experience in high care/complex care.

Must have experience with Hoist.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must:

Confident supporting people with complex physical disabilities.

Calm, patient, and respectful.

Reliable and committed to providing consistent support.

Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with families and support teams.

Have the ability to work independently.
Shifts Available (Ongoing):

Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
Essential Compliance Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
-
Working With Children Check (WWCC).
-
Full Australian Driver Licence.
-
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.

Full Australian working rights.
