About the Role:
Kitchen Craftsmen is currently seeking a Factory Hand to join our team at our Joondalup facility. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on operating various machines, including a CNC machine and edge bander.
At Kitchen Craftsmen, we offer attractive working hours, with Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, giving you a great work-life balance. Our management team is committed to your success and will provide ongoing guidance and support. No prior experience is required, as we offer on-the-job training, however, any previous factory experience will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Operating various machinery to manufacture custom kitchen cabinets
- Reading diagrams and interpreting measurements
- Working both within a team and in an individual capacity
Qualifications/Experience:
- Physically fit to move boards and cabinets
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
- Ability to provide a police clearance
- Right to work in Australia
