Your Role
Working full time, including 3 weekends in 4, you will report to our senior stores manager . You will:
- Manage the day to day operations of the store and team members
- Ensure that Bedgear continue to deliver exceptional customer service by owning the relationships with our customers.
- Oversee time rostering of your team (2-4 part time/casual staff)
- Assist in the recruiting of your team
- Minimum experience managing teams of 2-5 staff members is required.
- Manage achievement of store and personal sales budgets
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate customer deliveries with supply partners.

About you
- You may have experience in management of a sales focussed, consumer branded products store, with team responsibility or
- you are a high performing sales person ready to level up.

Pay: $79,500.00 per year
