About Us
Anteck Industries is a fast-growing Australian supplier of materials handling equipment used by supermarkets, logistics providers, cold chain operators, healthcare groups and commercial laundries across Australia.
We’re building a strong national presence and are looking for a driven Sales Rep / Business Development professional to help us open doors, win new customers and grow market share.
This is not a passive account management role.
We want someone who enjoys the chase, knows how to identify decision-makers, and can turn opportunities into long-term customers.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities across multiple industries throughout South East Queensland and beyond.
This role suits someone who:
- Is commercially hungry

- Can identify the right contact within an organisation
- Is confident prospecting and following opportunities through
- Wants to directly influence their earnings and career growth
You’ll have the backing of a supportive management team, quality products, strong existing industry relationships, and the freedom to build your territory properly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Identifying key decision-makers within target industries
- Conducting customer visits and product demonstrations
- Building relationships with operations, logistics and procurement teams
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into sales
- Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
- Working closely with management on sales strategy and market opportunities
- Representing Anteck Industries professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need materials handling experience — but you do need sales drive, persistence and strong communication skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous B2B sales or business development experience
- Is confident speaking with business owners and managers
- Can think laterally and take a solution-based approach to selling (not just transactional selling)
- Is able to identify opportunities others miss and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Is proactive and can self-manage
- Understands how to build and progress a sales pipeline
- Wants to be rewarded for performance
Experience selling into industries such as logistics, warehousing, industrial supply, healthcare, supermarkets or commercial operations will be highly regarded.

Location & Travel
- Based from our Coomera office
- Regular travel throughout South East Queensland and beyond
