Working Foreman - Silo Construction (Grain Storage)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman to lead our silo construction projects within the grain storage industry in Australia. In this role, you will actively participate in the construction process while supervising a team on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your work will include:
- Assembling and installing silos at different project sites
- Lead and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
- Actively participate in silo assembly and installation work
- Supervise and support a team of technicians and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Monitor progress, quality, and planning of the project
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions
