NIGHTLIFE EVENTS TEAM MANAGER

We are a leading party tour company based in the Gold Coast. We have been operating Nightlife Tours and Events in Australia for over 15 years. We run large nightlife tours and events throughout the Nightclubs and Venues in Surfers Paradise.
We are currently seeking a tour manager for our Nightlife Tours in Surfers Paradise
Successful applicants Essentials :
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Proven ability of management skills
- Ability to lead diverse groups of tourists to clubs and nightclubs.
- Excellent coordination skills. Being able to communicate with multiple people and working well within a team of tour staff
- Naturally outgoing and can strike up a conversation with anyone
- Experience as an MC on the mic is a bonus
- Previous experience as a Tour Guide ideal
- Ability to multi task and can keep the tour on schedule every night.
- Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings 6pm until 11pm
- Available for extra days during Schoolies, and availability on New Years Eve
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, must be self-driven
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to nurture effective relationships with stakeholders (e.g venue management)
