We require a motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to help maintain our busy commercial kitchen in Balcatta.
- Weekly Shifts: Monday - Thursday 12:00pm-4:00pm and Friday 11:00am-3:00pm
Duties and responsibilities;
- Cleaning and sanitising of kitchen equipment (pots, buckets, trays, food processors, steamers) and food preparation areas
- General Kitchen duties
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and work area
- Working as part of a team to assist Chefs
- Assisting kitchen staff with some food preparation
- Transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment (MIN 1 YEAR)
- Positive attitude and ready to provide support in a busy kitchen
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail to ensure cleaning is performed at a high level
