Wonderful Global is an established Sydney-based mortgage and finance business with strong client reviews and a growing finance-technology arm.
We are hiring a Sales & Growth Executive / BDM to grow our finance-technology product for Australian mortgage brokers. This is a hands-on sales role: reach out to brokers and finance professionals, run demos, follow up, and build relationships.
You don't need deep mortgage experience - we train you. What matters is that you can sell, communicate well, and follow up.
What you'll do
- Contact brokers and finance professionals and arrange product conversations
- Run product demos (phone, online and in person)
- Follow up with interested brokers, bankers and lenders
- Keep CRM notes and pipeline up to date
- Support webinars and online demos
- Pass market feedback back to the team
What we're looking for
- Sales or business development experience (BDM, account manager, relationship manager, etc.)
- Strong English communication and a confident phone and presentation style
- Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus
- High energy and good follow-up discipline
- Quick learner, comfortable with LinkedIn, email and CRM tools
