THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our participants by applying their extensive knowledge of the NDIS to provide expert advice to ensure that our participants receive the best possible support and services.
- Manage end-to-end NDIS Plan Management process
- Contact person for internal and external customers, participants, and stakeholders
- Support participants by providing expert NDIS plan utilisation advice regarding claimable supports
ABOUT YOU
- Knowledge and experience in NDIS Plan Management
- Understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and limits
- Experience in using Plan Management CRM, knowledge of MYP is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Qualification in Finance or Accounting would be desirable but is not essential
