Bar Manager / Experienced Bartender:
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager/Bartender with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bar operations.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages.
- Supervise, train, and manage front-of-house staff.
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimise wastage.
- Ensure RSA compliance and maintain a clean, organised bar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' bar management/bartending experience.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Current RSA certificate.
- Available to work on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
