Kürtösh House is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to join our coffee and bakery store.
We are looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing great customer service.
1. All Rounder
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends
- Minimum 6 months’ Front of House experience
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good personal hygiene and presentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Passionate about customer serviceResponsibilities may include:
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Operating the POS system
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Restocking products and supplies
- Supporting the team with daily store operations
2. Barista All Rounder
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in Australia
- Confident in espresso coffee preparation
- Good knowledge of coffee and milk texturing
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent hygiene and presentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing quality espresso-based coffee
- Milk texturing and coffee preparation
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and operating POS
- Maintaining coffee equipment and work areas
- Food preparation and general all-rounder duties
- Following store cleaning, hygiene and safety standards
