Neutral Bay Kindergarten is a family-owned centre with over 40 years of experience proudly providing quality early childhood education and care to families in North Sydney, Mosman, Cammeray, Cremorne, Neutral Bay. We're excited to welcome an experienced educator with strong leadership skills to join our friendly and professional team, working full-time (5 days a week), starting immediately.
What We're Looking For:
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A solid understanding of the EYLF and strong programming skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Food Handling certificate
- Child Safety Certificate
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and well-being
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, creative and engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Planning and organising fun and meaningful learning experiences for children
- Documenting and reflecting on children's progress and achievements
- Supporting children with their daily routines and learning needs
- Building positive, warm, and collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues
