We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer - Director/Provisioning to our Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement Team.
The primary function of the Administration Officer Directory/Provisioning is to maintain timely workflow for faulty DECT phones, provisioning of telephony devices and peripherals including the procurement thereof, order management, in service (as required) and inventory management. Also to maintain the directories, ensuring these are both up to date and current to ensure a standardised and consistent service is delivered to customers, along with engaging with the business to establish a two-way exchange of key updates and maintaining good stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilites include:
Communicate regularly with all departments of the Health Service to maintain accurate and current records for effective online phone directory.
Proactively engage with the business establishing a two-way exchange of key updates and ensure that the directory platforms contain identical information and accuracy.
Process new order requests and cost recoveries, as well as general customer service activities.
Continually monitor ordering and provisioning mailboxes, completing tasks in a timely manner.
Remuneration value up to $60 351 p.a, comprising salary rates $39.98 - $44.46 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time position, 45.6 hrs p.f.).
