BAKE’D Sydney is opening a new location in Merrylands, and we’re looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our opening team.

About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you will support our chefs and kitchen team with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and help ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Receiving and putting away stock
- Keeping cool rooms, storage areas and workstations organised
- Removing rubbish and maintaining waste areas
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen hand experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Weekend and public holiday availability
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

Pay: $26.44 – $39.66 per hour
