Business Support - Value & Risk Advisory (Contract)
Ready to drive operational excellence? As a Business Support with JLL's Value & Risk Advisory team, you'll be the central connector - streamlining processes, managing stakeholders, and leading technology initiatives. This is a fixed-term contract (12 months) role with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment, subject to business needs and performance.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate between Operations, sector personnel, and technology teams nationally
Manage sector meetings, WIP reports, and SharePoint sites
Facilitate technology integration, training, and automation initiatives
Support financial processes, P&L management, and debtor oversight
Maintain website profiles, report templates, client databases, and marketing content
Coordinate compliance requirements and ESG initiatives
Manage staff onboarding, training programs, and career development
What We're Looking For:
Experience in coordination or senior administrative roles in professional services
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex workflows
Background in property, valuations, or related fields
Experience with automation tools and digital transformation
Familiarity with CRM or job management systems
Understanding compliance and ESG principles
