- Maintain delivery standards, templates, and governance controls

Oversee testing activities across projects
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Coordinate defect resolution and client sign-off
- Support UAT readiness and execution
4. Product Administration

Oversee system configurations across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
- Manage access, tools, and delivery environments
- Ensure operational readiness during and post-delivery
5. Product Marketing & Enablement

- Contribute to reusable offerings and case studies
- Align delivery outcomes with go-to-market messaging
6. Consultant Management & Leadership

- Align timesheets to billing structures
8. Billing & Invoicing Governance
-
Review and approve contractor invoices
- Ensure accurate monthly billing

- Work with finance on submission and tracking
9. Workload & Capacity Management
