We work with clients across beauty, aesthetics, ecommerce, and professional services to drive real business results through paid and organic social. The role
We are looking for a junior social media manager to take ownership of client accounts on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution across Instagram and Facebook for a small portfolio of clients, working within strategies and brand guidelines set by our team.
This is a per-account model. You get paid per account you manage, and only when the client pays us. It rewards efficiency and quality. If you are good, you can manage multiple accounts in your own time and build a reliable income stream around it.
You will start with one account and take on more as we onboard new clients.
What you will be doing
- Publishing content to approved schedules across Instagram and Facebook
- Writing captions from brand guidelines without needing to be briefed on every post
- Building and maintaining monthly content calendars
- Creating and resizing assets in Canva
- Scheduling posts using tools like Later or Buffer
- Light community management including responding to straightforward comments using approved tone guidelines
- Flagging anything that needs escalation to the team
- Pulling monthly performance metrics into reporting templates
What we are looking for
- 1 to 2 years experience managing social media accounts independently, agency or in-house
- A small portfolio of accounts you have run and can speak to results on
- Comfortable in Canva and at least one scheduling tool
- Strong written English and an eye for what looks good on a feed
- Self-directed and able to work without daily check-ins
- Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven
- Editting skills is a strong bonus.
What this is not
This is not a strategy role and it is not a full-time position. You will be executing within frameworks our team sets, not defining brand direction or talking to clients directly. If you are looking for a senior position or a salaried role, this is not the right fit right now.
Pay structure
- $150 to $200 per account per month depending on experience
- Payment processed once the client has paid their invoice
- Accounts scale as we grow, so your income grows with us
- Fully remote and flexible, you manage your own schedule
