Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
About You
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
