We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join Scouts WA Recycling (Container Deposit Scheme) as Supervisor across our metropolitan depots.
This is a hands-on operational role responsible for receiving, inspecting, sorting and processing eligible containers in accordance with Container Deposit Scheme requirements and established procedures.
You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where accuracy, safety and teamwork are essential.
Hours: 8.15am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
Award: Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award.
Classification:
- C13 – Engineering / Manufacturing Employee – Level II (Base)
- Junior rates apply (U16–20 years)
- C11 – Level IV applies only when formally assigned and paid as higher duties
Location: Scouts WA Recycling Depots, primarily in Cockburn
