Zerimar is looking for a Marketing Representative who can join our busy team and hit the ground running. We are looking for a candidate who has basic prior experience in Sales and is after a part time or Full time position. Ideally, you will have some business development, lead generation/appointment setting, or phone sales experience; however, if you’re a fresh grad or you aspire to be a business/sales guru, we’d love to hear from you too!
Requirements
- Well presented and has great people skills to be able to communicate with our team
- Experience in media sales, digital, or technical sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Background in B2B sales or experience in construction is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics, SEO, and online marketplaces. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities with a consultative approach to sales.
- Self motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Duties
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Weekly reports on sales outcomes
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, outbound calls, and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients using lead lists. Your goal is to open conversations and spark interest.
- Understand target market requirements and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing performance insights.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPls, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Communicate with management team to assist with duties
- Process improvement: Offer input and spot opportunities to improve our current systems
- Schedule follow-ups or sales calls with senior team members. (As you grow, you’ll start running these meetings yourself.)
- Proactively contact businesses and enterprises by phone and email to prospect and generate qualified leads and interest in Zerimar’s services
