About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our robotics and automation team, focusing on project execution and technical support for industrial and logistics clients. You will receive technical training from top global companies, mentorship from experienced supervisors, and gain global career development opportunities.
Chinese reading and writing skills are mandatory
Key Responsibilities
● Project Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with sales engineers and the global technical support team to provide on-site technical support, client communication, and coordination with external teams. Work with the internal management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and accurately.
● After training, develop on-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and operational skills for automation and robotics systems, including AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) implementation, installation, and commissioning.
● Ensure compliance with local OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) guidelines and follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) safety procedures.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related fields).
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
● Strong understanding of electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
● Preferred 1-3 years of experience in automation, robotics, or industrial control systems.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
● Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.
● Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
● Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car.
