THE ROLE
The Digital Projects and Systems Advisor supports the day-to-day operation of the digital platforms that underpin communications and engagement at Homes Victoria. The role assists with system administration, data management and troubleshooting across tools such as CRM, email marketing, analytics and engagement platforms, helping ensure information is accurate, accessible and well maintained.
The position contributes to reporting and data hygiene activities, supports website updates and content uploads, and provides coordination and administrative support for digital projects, including agency liaison, procurement and governance tasks.
From time to time, the role also assists with triaging enquiries as part of Homes Victoria's single front door. The Digital Projects and Systems Advisor helps ensure digital systems and projects operate smoothly to support effective communication and engagement outcomes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Digital systems administration: Support the maintenance and day-to-day operation of digital platforms, including assisting users, troubleshooting issues and escalating technical matters where required.
- Data management and reporting: Maintain data integrity across systems, including subscriber lists and records, and assist with analytics and reporting to support insights and continuous improvement.
- Website and platform support: Assist with website updates, content uploads and maintenance, as well as uploading materials to engagement platforms.
