The Role
We're looking for an Influencer & PR Specialist to join our growing social media team, reporting to the Social Media & Digital Content Manager.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — you'll own & evolve our influencer programme, build genuine relationships with creators who align with the brand, and make sure every campaign tells a story that connects with our customers.
No two days will look the same. One day you're negotiating a partnership deal with a macro creator, the next you're pulling together a campaign performance report or coordinating a PR event. It's fast — but it's never alone.
What you'll be doing
- Building and managing our creator bank — sourcing nano, micro and macro influencers who genuinely align with the Best & Less brand & nurture long-term relationships with creators.
- Developing and executing influencer campaigns: seeding, gifting, paid partnerships, and ambassador programmes
- Writing content briefs and making sure creator output lands on time, on brand, and on budget
- Handling negotiations on rates, deliverables and usage rights
- Managing the monthly influencer budget across key products, campaigns and departments
- Tracking and analysing campaign performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI/ROAS) and presenting insights back to the team
- Contributing to PR outreach — press releases, media relationships, agency partnerships, networking events
- Bringing fresh thinking to Monthly Alignment Meeting to keep making the programme So.Much.Better
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Digital & Creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
What you'll bring
- 2–3 years in influencer and/or PR marketing, ideally within fashion or consumer retail
- A genuine understanding of how influencer content fits into the wider media landscape
- Strong analytical skills — you're as comfortable in a data report as you are in a creative brief
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
- Experience managing agencies, vendors and external stakeholders
- A collaborative, low-ego?? approach — you share the wins, you share the learnings
- Retail or fashion experience is a bonus, not a must
