We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join the team at Volvo Cars South Yarra.

About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer service journey from booking through to vehicle handover. You will ensure clear communication, accurate job management, and a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage service bookings, job cards, and repair order progression
- Communicate vehicle updates, quotes, and repair timelines to customers
- Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate diagnostics
- Upsell additional services where appropriate and aligned to customer needs
- Ensure all documentation and invoicing is completed accurately
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and dealership standards
About You

Strong customer service and communication skills

Pentana DMS experience preferred but not essential

Automotive dealership or service advisor experience (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Confident using systems and managing workflow processes
- A team player with a proactive attitude
