Mono Constructions is an Australian-owned construction company delivering quality residential apartment, mixed-use and commercial projects across NSW.
Since 2002, we have built a reputation for safe, structured and high-quality project delivery. With a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the site delivery of an upcoming residential apartment project valued between $15M and $30M.
This is a long-term opportunity for a proven site leader who can manage subcontractors, drive the programme, uphold safety and quality standards, and lead a site team with confidence.
The role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of a Class 2 residential apartment project from groundworks through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily site operations across subcontractors, trades, plant and equipment.
- Managing site delivery against programme, quality, safety, cost and compliance objectives.
- Maintaining and driving the construction programme.
- Anticipating site issues early and resolving them before they impact delivery.
- Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Championing WHS compliance through audits, toolbox talks, inspections and daily site leadership.
- Managing quality standards and ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements.
- Mentoring and supporting your site team to perform at their best.
- Representing Mono’s values on site every day.
About you
You are a proven Site Manager with experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects from start to finish. You are structured, calm under pressure and confident leading subcontractors and site teams.
You will bring:
- 6+ years’ site management experience.
- Experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects.
- Experience on projects valued around $15M–$30M+.
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or a related discipline.
- Strong planning, programming and scheduling skills.
- Experience working in structured, process-driven construction environments.
- Strong WHS, quality and compliance knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A current full driver’s licence.
- Procore experience, desirable but not essential.
