About the role
Intelligent Health Care Australia is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in (Mid North Coast region)Taree , NSW. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to our diverse patient population, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programmes, and the prescription of assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimise outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
- Participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery through the implementation of quality assurance measures
What we're looking for
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to undertake travel commitments including local day trips, regional overnight stays, and interstate travel as required
