We are looking for an experienced Accountant General to oversee accounting and financial management activities. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support the organization’s financial objectives and compliance requirements.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and organizational policies.
· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
· Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial risks.
· Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
· Develop and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
· Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic decision-making.
· Lead, mentor, and support finance team members to achieve organizational objectives.
· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.
· Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external advisors as required.
Qualifications & experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
· Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
· Proven experience in a senior accounting, finance, or financial management role.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and audit processes.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective financial controls.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to lead and mentor finance teams while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
