What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in residential painting (2 Year experience minimum)
✅ Strong preparation skills (sanding, patching, filling, masking)
✅ Ability to cut in and achieve high-quality finishes
✅ Knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques
✅ Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Driver’s licence and own transport
✅ White Card (preferred)
✅ Own basic painting tools (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Surface preparation and repairs
- Brush, roller, and spray application
- Protecting client property and maintaining clean work areas
- Delivering high-quality finishes to company standards
- Working safely and efficiently on site
