About us:
The Workforce and Organisational Capability Division is dedicated to supporting Central Queensland Health's greatest asset - its people. The division leads key workforce functions including attraction and retention, learning and development, performance, employee relations, change management, safety and wellbeing, and staff engagement.
Made up of around 50 skilled human resource professionals, the team delivers high-quality, client-focused human resource services that support managers and employees across Central Queensland Health, helping to build a capable, engaged and high-performing workforce.
About the role:
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Learning and Organisational Development and Workforce Culture and Performance teams, managing emails, procurement, travel, bookings and general coordination.
Support the delivery and promotion of training initiatives by organising venues, catering, communications and event logistics for internal and external programs.
Maintain accurate learning and development records, including workshop scheduling and data entry within the learning management system.
Work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support workforce culture initiatives, events and continuous organisational development.
About you:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent computer and administration skills, including accurate data entry and experience using a variety of software and learning management systems.
Well-developed organisational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and proactive approach, with a willingness to support changing business needs; a qualification in Business, Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $100,585 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
