COOK WANTED – TORO NERO restaurant in Mona Vale, Northern Beaches (2103)
Toro Nero is looking for a reliable, motivated and passionate Cook to join our award-winning team in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Celebrating over 10 years in business, Toro Nero was proudly awarded Best Italian Restaurant 2024 and Best Restaurant on the Northern Beaches 2020. We are passionate about delivering authentic Italian cuisine and exceptional service in a fast-paced, professional and welcoming environment.
About the Role
This is a casual position with consistent weekly shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday3:30 pm – approximately 10:00 pm
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing pasta, salads, steaks and appetisers
- Deep frying and general cooking duties
- Food preparation and knife work
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Working closely with our experienced kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with excellent reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
