The Position
An exciting full-time opportunity exists for you to join The Calile Team in the role of Night Auditor. As a key contributor to the seamless and efficient overnight operations of this very busy property, your main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- The auditing of the daily activity of the front office and food & beverage operations in accordance with policies and procedures
- Providing accurate and up-to-date financial and yield reports as directed
- Night management of hotel operations in the absence of department HODs
- Ensuring guest feedback is recorded accurately per operational standards and any matters requiring action are resolved in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ensuring guest security and privacy are maintained at all times
About You
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
Prior knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
- Pride in ensuring the accuracy of work
- It would be advantageous in the position to demonstrate an understanding of hotel finance
- You enjoy working a flexible roster including shift work, weekends and public holidays and are available to work a flexible roster across all 7 days.
