At The Corner Café is a busy Asian fusion brunch café known for combining modern café favourites with creative Asian-inspired flavours. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our growing team.
About the Role
As our chef, you will:
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes
- Execute our Asian fusion menu with consistency and creativity
- Maintain excellent food presentation and quality standards
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimise food waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen during busy service
- Contribute new menu ideas and seasonal specials
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef in a café or restaurant
- Experience with Asian fusion cuisine is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch service
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organised, and passionate about food
- Food Safety Certificate (preferred)
- Full Australian working rights
