In this role, you'll:
The Project Manager, Corruption Prevention and Integrity Program (CPIP) is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of key initiatives that strengthen corruption prevention across Transport for NSW.
Deliver enterprise-wide corruption prevention initiatives within a high-profile program, leading end‑to‑end project delivery aligned to Transport’s integrity, governance and transformation objectives.
Drive planning, governance and performance outcomes, including translating strategy into deliverables, managing risks and dependencies, and providing high-quality reporting and decision support to senior leaders.
Partner across Transport and externally to embed sustainable change, strengthening governance practices, enabling collaboration, and delivering measurable, organisation-wide benefits.

About you
You bring proven experience delivering complex programs or projects within large, matrixed environments. You have a strong background in governance, integrity, risk, audit, or organisational reform, with public sector experience highly regarded. You are confident leading cross-functional delivery and have a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
You are experienced in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, reporting, and benefits realisation. With strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, you can break down complexity and drive clear outcomes. You thrive in environments with ambiguity and are comfortable delivering results in sensitive or high-profile settings.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience and are proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including MS Project. A project management certification (such as PRINCE2 or PMP), or equivalent hands-on experience, will be highly valued.
