The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Growth Optimisation Specialist to unlock performance across a high-traffic, multi-channel digital ecosystem. This is a high-impact role with real ownership—shaping how SEO, experimentation and optimisation deliver measurable business growth.
You’ll play a key role driving continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem—focused on SEO, experimentation and conversion optimisation. Where our Content team creates the work, this role ensures it performs—using data and insights to continuously improve visibility, engagement and conversion.
You’ll own and evolve our optimisation roadmap, embedding a test-and-learn mindset and identifying new opportunities to drive measurable growth across channels.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Own and grow our SEO and local search performance
- Design and run high-impact experiments across web and email
- Turn data into actions that drive real measurable growth
- Partner across teams to lift visibility, conversion and customer experience
- Build and execute a prioritised personalisation roadmap, balancing business impact, customer value, effort and cost
- Work with Engineering and Dev teams to bring initiatives from idea to execution
About you
You’re a growth-focused optimiser who thrives on testing, learning and delivering measurable impact.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in SEO, CRO or digital optimisation
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action
- Experience working with dev teams and managing backlogs in Jira
- Experience running A/B testing or experimentation programs
- Comfortable working across marketing, product and engineering
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a focus on outcomes
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field
- Experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, Optimizely, or similar is a plus
- Experience working in Agile environments is preferred
