Supply & Distribution Manager
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane Qld
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum
About the Role
Brewing Brands is seeking an experienced and hands-on Supply & Distribution Manager to lead our warehouse, inventory, procurement and distribution operations across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring products are sourced, stored and delivered efficiently while maintaining high service standards, operational excellence and strong team performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to oversee the end-to-end supply chain, manage warehouse and transport operations, improve efficiencies and support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supply chain, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service levels.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control and demand forecasting.
- Monitor purchasing activities and supplier performance.
- Manage transport and delivery operations to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Lead, mentor and develop warehouse, logistics and distribution teams.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Analyse operational data and prepare management reports.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs.
- Work closely with sales, customer service and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight providers and key stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or distribution management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing inventory, procurement and distribution functions.
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Experience within food service, FMCG, wholesale distribution or transport industries highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence.
