Deputy Head of Primary - Student Culture

We are seeking an exceptional Christian educator and leader to join our Primary Leadership Team as Deputy Head of Primary - Student Culture.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for a passionate and relational leader who believes every child should be known, valued and challenged to flourish. Working alongside the Head of Primary, you will lead the development of a vibrant, Christ-centred culture where students demonstrate strong character, positive behaviour, a sense of belonging and a commitment to excellence.
As part of an expanded Primary leadership structure, this role will work collaboratively with the current Deputy Head of Primary to lead student culture across the school. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across student culture and behaviour, timetabling, daily organisation and key school events, helping to create an environment where students and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee student behaviour

Support and coach staff in developing positive classroom culture and high behavioural expectations.

Build strong partnerships with students, families and staff to promote student growth and wellbeing.

Use student wellbeing and behaviour data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Coordinate Primary School timetabling, scheduling and daily operations.

Lead the planning and delivery of assemblies, camps, excursions, celebrations and community events.

Contribute to strategic planning and leadership across the Primary School.

This is a Full Time Permanent position commencing in 2027.

Our PIMPAMA CAMPUS (on the northern end of the Gold Coast) currently has over 2000 students on-site, from Early Learning to Year 12.
King’s LOGAN VILLAGE CAMPUS (in south-west Logan) offers places for students from Early Learning through to High School.
