We're now seeking an exceptional nutrition leader to shape the next chapter of our science, nutrition and communication strategy across our global business.
This is a rare opportunity for an internationally recognised nutrition professional to influence product innovation, scientific evidence generation, health claims, professional engagement and commercial strategy across one of the world's most innovative nutrition companies.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead our global nutrition agenda, partnering with senior leaders across Science, Innovation, Medical Marketing, Regulatory and Product Development to shape the future of our nutrition strategy and innovation pipeline. This is an opportunity to influence products that reach families around the world through evidence-based nutrition, scientific leadership and commercial insight.
This role combines strategic leadership with scientific credibility, allowing you to work at the intersection of nutrition science, product innovation and commercial success.
More specifically, you will be involved in
- Developing and delivering our global nutrition strategy across infant, children's and adult nutrition.
- Guiding nutritional formulation, ingredient strategy and evidence generation to support product innovation.
- Building strong partnerships with global scientific, regulatory and healthcare stakeholders.
- Leading nutrition communications and scientific engagement to strengthen our market leadership.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing nutrition team while collaborating across our global business
More About You
We're looking for an established nutrition leader with extensive experience across Early Life Nutrition, Infant Milk Formula (IMF) and specialised nutrition. Your career has been built within globally recognised organisations where you've shaped nutrition strategy, product innovation and scientific communications across infant, paediatric or maternal nutrition portfolios.
Respected for both your scientific expertise and strategic leadership, you have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, engage external stakeholders and translate evidence-based nutrition into commercially successful products and trusted consumer communications.
You'll Bring
- Extensive leadership experience within Infant Milk Formula, early life nutrition or specialised nutritional powders.
- Strong expertise in nutrition science, product development and scientific substantiation of health claims.
- Experience influencing innovation and commercial strategy through evidence-based nutrition.
- An established network across healthcare, research, regulatory or industry organisations, ideally with exposure to Asia and China.
- A postgraduate qualification or PhD in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health or a related scientific discipline is highly regarded
- This role will ideally be based in our North Sydney offices - we would also consider applicants relocating back to Australia with international experience and valid working rights.
