12 months contract supporting exciting project
Hybrid working arrangement
We’re looking for a Senior Process Architect who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can design enterprise-level process architecture and roll up their sleeves to bring it to life.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll establish and embed a Business Process Management (BPM) capability across the organisation, playing a critical part in transforming how we operate and deliver for our members.
The role
You’ll lead the design of our end-to-end process architecture while working hands-on with the business to map, analyse and uplift processes that support key transformation initiatives. This is not a purely conceptual role, you’ll be just as comfortable in the detail as you are influencing at the executive level.
What you’ll be doing
Establish and embed our BPM capability, including architecture, standards, governance and tooling
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide process architecture aligned to strategy and delivery priorities
Deliver high-quality “as-is” and “to-be” process maps across complex business areas
Lead process gap analysis, maturity assessments and uplift recommendations
Partner with business and delivery teams to identify inefficiencies, risks and optimisation opportunities
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels — from frontline teams to senior leaders
Act as a trusted advisor on process design, simplification and change impacts
What you’ll bring
Experience contributing to or standing up a BPM capability within a complex organisation or transformation program
Background in superannuation, wealth management or another highly regulated industry
Strong understanding of process architecture frameworks, governance and best practice
Proven ability to operate strategically while delivering detailed outputs
Deep, hands-on experience in end-to-end process mapping
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — able to produce high volumes of high-quality process artefacts
