About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with hospitality venues, and helping customers find the right products and solutions for their business.
You will work closely with restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers, and corporate clients while developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, caterers, and corporate clients
- Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and customer visits
- Prepare quotations and process customer enquiries
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products

Customer Service & Account Management
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Assist customers with product selection and hospitality solutions
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers

Product & Industry Knowledge
- Develop strong knowledge of hospitality products including:
- Kitchenware
- Commercial equipment
- Tableware & glassware
- Cleaning & hygiene products
- Chef uniforms & hospitality supplies
- Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and customer needs

Showroom & Operational Support
- Assist customers in the showroom when required
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support stock, display, and promotional activities

Skills & Experience
- Previous sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, wholesale, or B2B sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident phone manner and customer service ability
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office

Salary
- Base salary typically ranging from $55000 – $75000 + Super, depending on experience

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
