Cert III (or working towards Cert III) Educator – Tall Tree Early Learning – Subiaco
At Tall Tree Early Learning – Subiaco, we are looking for a warm, patient and passionate Educator to join our nursery room team on a fixed-term basis until June 2027, providing dedicated inclusion support to help every child participate and thrive.

Your Role
This is a part-time opportunity working 23 hours per week (5 hours Mon-Thurs and 3 hours on Friday). You’ll work alongside our nursery room educators to provide one on one and small group inclusion support helping children engage confidently in daily routines, play and learning experiences.
The role requirements include but are not limited to:
- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care.
About You:
- You hold or are working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- You have experience working with children with additional support needs.
- You are patient and calm by nature, especially when supporting children who need extra time, encouragement, or a different approach.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate well with fellow educators and families.
- You bring warmth, consistency, and a genuine interest in helping every child feel included and supported.
- You hold a current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and completed Child Protection Training.
- Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references.
