Propertyworks is a property maintenance company specialising in residential and commercial maintenance.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Carpenter or Handyperson to join our team.
Key skills required:
General repairs and maintenance
Painting
Plastering
Small tile repairs and regrouting
Silicone removal and caulking
Basic carpentry (timber window and frame repairs, skirting, flooring installation, etc.)
Door and lock installation
Fencing and decking repairs and maintenance
We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills who takes pride in their work, leaves sites cleaner than they found them. You must be professional, reliable, and well-presented.
Requirements:
Own tools
ABN and insurance
Suitable vehicle
We offer flexible working arrangements, please advise how many hours you are seeking per week.
